- Coconut Cream
Organic coconut folded into our rich coconut pastry cream topped with organic whipped cream and toasted coconut. A coconut lovers dream.

About Simply PiesSimply Pies was established in July 2008 by friends Hana Miller and Nancy Blau .
Founded and operated on the ideals of making healthy pies with local and organic ingredients, Hana and Nancy turned their small dream into a thriving local business.
In late 2014 they both decided it was time to hang up their aprons and focus on their families. With many interested parties looking to buy and continue the Simply Pies tradition, they decided it would be best to keep their shop in the Simply Pies family by turning it over to their lovely young baker, Hallie Katnic.
Hallie is eagerly picking up where they left off. She is cooking all of your old favorites with the same recipes, and has many ideas to add new favorites, while staying true to the original foundation: local, organic, & handcrafted.
